I have personally lived in a variety of neighborhoods in Madison and the surrounding suburbs and am raising my families here. Each community has something special to offer and I would love to help you find where you belong. I love the hunt, that's the fun part, and it's my job to keep it enjoyable for you with the least amount of stress possible. It's important to see a variety of houses and neighborhoods when you're searching for the right home so that you can gain a frame of reference. I will keep you informed of every house available to you on the market the minute it is listed and sometimes even before that! I have built a strong network within the Madison area and will use every resource available to find you your perfect home.

I am certified through the Wisconsin Realtors Association as a PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and I use this expertise while pricing every home for the current market and when working with buyers to make sure we are offering an appropriate price. I am also a CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) which is a valuable distinction when negotiating the terms of your offer.   

Accessibility: Once we have completed our Buyer Consultation, you will get access to your Personal Home Search Center that is powered by the MLS. This search center has all active properties that match your search criteria that we discussed and you are able to categorize each property into Favorites, Maybes, and Rejects. It’s a great way to keep listings organized and share your feedback with me so that I can better learn your preferences.

Communication: I will be in touch with you in a variety of ways, from sending you listing alerts to showing appointments, and check-ins. I will be reachable when you need me and respond quickly to any correspondence between you and the sellers or listing agents.

Honesty: I am not going to try to sell you on every home we see. I will give you the facts that matter most so that you are informed with every detail of the home. I will not only point out positives but will point out negatives that you should consider as well.

Support: As your agent, it is my job to work for your best possible price and terms and I take that very seriously. I will explain contracts and contingencies to you, manage details and meet deadlines. There are a lot of moving parts in a home purchase transaction and I will be on top of them all. My goal is to make you feel comfortable and empowered with as much knowledge as possible throughout the process.

Market Knowledge: I specialize in working with both buyers and sellers, which keeps me well-informed on every aspect of the market. This dual experience allows me to serve my clients more effectively by understanding the unique dynamics of both sides of a transaction.

Reputation: Simply put, we play nice. It might sound silly but not everyone does this. 10% of all realtors do about 90% of the sales in this area which means we work with many of the same Realtors and it's important for us all to get along. Even when things go wrong we keep a respectful attitude, communication lines open, and respond quickly. When there are multiple offers on a property and you have an agent that is known for being knowledgable, communicative, and respectful, it significantly strengthens your offer!
